David Stanton-President

David has more than 43 years of experience in the painting industry. He oversees estimating, project coordination, and project management for Commercial & Residential Painting, Inc. David currently serves as Vice President of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA). In 2008, he was honored with the Contractor of the Year Award in recognition of his leadership and commitment to excellence in the industry.
Over the years, David has built a reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and strong relationships with clients throughout Central New York. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his four children and six grandchildren and is an avid golfer.
James "Jim" Stanton-Project Superintendent

Jim has over 28 years of experience in the painting industry. He oversees project development, supervises field operations, assigns crew responsibilities, and helps ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
His leadership and hands-on experience play an important role in maintaining the quality and reputation that Commercial & Residential Painting has built throughout Central New York. Outside of work, Jim enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time outdoors.
Patrick Stanton - Senior Estimator & Project Manager

Patrick is our primary estimator and project manager, bringing more than 16 years of hands-on experience in the painting industry. As a Master Painter, he oversees project estimating, office operations, and project coordination while maintaining the high standards of quality and service our clients expect.
A Syracuse University graduate with a degree in European History, Patrick combines technical expertise with strong communication and attention to detail. Outside the office, he enjoys history, politics, following the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Yankees, and spending time with family and friends.
Zach Stanton - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Zach serves as Chief Financial Officer for Commercial & Residential Painting, Inc., overseeing the company's financial operations, job costing, budgeting, and strategic planning. He is responsible for financial reporting, accounts receivable management, sales tax compliance, and helping guide the company's long-term growth and business initiatives.
In addition to his office responsibilities, Zach has hands-on experience in the field and understands the operational side of the business firsthand. He has been with the company for 16 years and is committed to helping the business grow while maintaining the quality and reputation the company has built throughout Central New York.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys investing, following the New York Yankees, and staying informed on business and financial markets.
Jess Everson - Office Assistant
Jess serves as our Office Assistant, helping coordinate office operations, billing, scheduling, and a variety of administrative responsibilities that keep our business running smoothly and efficiently. Her organization, attention to detail, and dedication make her an important part of our team.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
Danny Nassif - Project Manager
Danny is one of our project managers. He has 12 years of painting experience and was hired as a project manager in 2025. In his free time Danny enjoys spending time with his wife, hunting, fishing, and watching his Atlanta Falcons.
Christa Foley - Billing Manager
Christa serves as our Billing Manager and assists with preparing and sending out proposals. She helps keep billing organized and supports the office with the details needed to keep projects moving smoothly.
Outside of work, Christa enjoys spending time with her husband and five children.
Edward "Ed" Stanton-Founder
Ed started the company by offering a cleaning service.
In 1983, he changed the company's focus
towards the painting industry.
